Nash has led businesses for 15+ years and has been with Pride Property Management since day one. After helping his father, Jacob, set up Pride in 2004, he worked across every function—from letting and maintenance coordination to finance and compliance—shaping the owner-operator standards that define our service today. His leadership blends practical, on-the-ground experience with clear strategy, strong processes, and a relentless focus on results for owners and great experiences for tenants.

Dr Aneesha Varghese Cowan joins Pride Property as Chief Financial Officer, bringing deep expertise across financial strategy, governance, and value creation for growth-focused organisations. A Chartered Accountant and Fellow of CPA Australia, Aneesha also holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Otago.

Aneesha is a technology-driven finance leader with more than two decades’ experience across multiple sectors, including professional services, manufacturing, supply chain, and property-related work. She has also founded and led advisory businesses focused on CFO services and strategic finance support.

Before joining Pride Property, Aneesha held multiple senior CFO and leadership roles.She has also served in governance roles as a Non-Executive Director and chaired Audit & Risk responsibilities.

At Pride Property, Aneesha leads financial stewardship across the business—strengthening reporting, controls, and commercial decision-making—so our team can keep delivering dependable outcomes for owners, tenants, and partners.

Sanjay brings 15 years of banking operations experience to property management, combining financial discipline with practical day-to-day problem-solving. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Bangalore University) and a Master of International Business (University of Wollongong, Australia). At Pride Property Management, Sanjay uses a finance-first lens to protect income, control costs, and keep portfolios compliant and performing.

Nungshi brings world-class focus and resilience to Pride Property Management. A multiple Guinness World Record–breaking climber, she summited Mt Everest at age 21, completed the Seven Summits across all continents, and skied to both the North and South Poles—achieving the Explorer’s Grand Slam as the 32nd person globally. She also competed on Amazon Prime’s Eco-Challenge: The World’s Toughest Race.
From route-planning on ice to managing complex portfolios in Southland, Nungshi applies the same principles: meticulous preparation, proactive risk management, and fast, thoughtful decision-making. One of her most special climbs—Aoraki/Mt Cook—deepened her connection to New Zealand and to the standard of care we promise our clients.
At Pride, Nungshi leads our operational systems and guest experience, turning expedition-grade checklists and communication into everyday reliability. Her goal is simple and ambitious: properties that perform, tenancies that last, and service that feels effortless for owners and residents alike.

Since 2021, Lyanne has been the steady engine room of Pride Property Management. Meticulous with paperwork and relentless about follow-through, she makes sure every file, form, and follow-up is exactly where it should be—so owners, tenants, and tradies get what they need without friction. You’ll most likely first meet Lyanne on the phone or via our Helpdesk inbox; either way, she’s the calm, organised voice keeping things moving.

Tom brings 30 years of real-estate sales experience to Pride, combining disciplined process with a relentless focus on client satisfaction. A stickler for the rules and for doing the basics brilliantly, Tom leads our sales function so vendors get clean, compliant campaigns and confident results—with no surprises.

Glena joined the Pride team in 2026 to support our real estate agents and property managers. She comes with a wealth of experience in administration.
